The 20 Minutes to Fitness “Slow Cadence” fitness training uses safe, state-of-the-art equipment, with each and every session being supervised by one of our Certified Personal Fitness Coaches. We improve your body’s metabolic functions, so you burn fat more efficiently, tone your body, and turn you body into a “fat burning” machine. In addition, numerous scientific studies prove that building back the muscles that you lose as you age have a direct benefit on your health, including dealing with health issues such as: osteoporosis, arthritis, hypertension, Type II Diabetes, heart and lung issues, and some forms of cancer.

ORIENTATION & FIRST TRAINING SESSION: This 60 minute in-depth consultation will provide you with information regarding the benefits that are available from this revolutionary, results-oriented and time-saving strength training program. In addition, we will assess your specific health and fitness goals which will become the basis of our unique 20 Minutes to Fitness Success Tracking System. The Session includes an abbreviated workout on several pieces of our state-of-the-art equipment.

STRENGTH TRAINING SESSION: Upon your completion of the Orientation & First Training Session, appointments will be made for weekly 20 Minutes to Fitness strength training sessions. During these weekly sessions you will be trained on 6 to 7 pieces of equipment, achieving a full body workout. Each session lasts an average of 18-22 minutes.

Flexibility is the key to spinal health and injury prevention. Our “Super Stretch” Equipment offers an easy, pleasurable stretch and the positive effects can be felt immediately. This one-of-a-kind, patented technology * places the body in bio-mechanically advantageous positions for effective stretching and includes exercises which help keep your muscles healthy and flexible. The equipment targets seven major muscle groups, including vulnerable hamstrings and hip adductors. The total multi-stretch program enhances movement around the knee, hip, spine, shoulder, elbow and wrist, as well as facilitating the healthy benefits of spinal decompression.
SUPER STRETCH TRAINING SESSION: Your Certified Personal Fitness Coach will lead you through a series of stretching exercises which will improve your flexibility, posture, and overall health and well-being. The Super Stretch Training Session lasts approximately 18-22 minutes.

While strength training alone will help you meet your goals, a well-balanced nutrition plan will assist your body in running more efficiently. 20 Minutes to Fitness® offers Eat 2 Be Fit, a unique nutrition program, providing you with a simple, personalized, logical plan that teaches you how to eat the correct portions at the correct times. The goal is to properly fuel your body into a healthy, fat-burning machine.

Eat 2 Be Fit is customized so as to meet your preference, with the goal of not only getting the results you want but also making it a realistic plan – one that you like and can maintain. The plan does not require you to cut out the foods you like, but to incorporate them into a well-balanced program that you can live with for the rest of your life. This program is designed to help you to take simple, small steps towards a “nutrition lifestyle” – changing the way you look at eating forever!

Our Initial Analysis Session: Our Eat 2 Be Fit program starts with a one hour Nutrition Consultation with our Nutrition Specialist who will conduct a personalized Metabolic and Customized Meal Planning Analysis where our Specialist will:
- Thoroughly explain our Program;
- Answer all of your questions;
- Take specific measurements: and
- Determine and design an individualized meal program that best meets your eating preferences and lifestyle.

Our Half Hour Nutrition Follow-up Sessions: These sessions are set at the Client’s request to provide encouragement, additional information, education and on-going support to keep you on track.
