Lauren

Laura Miller, R.N.

Laura Miller, 20 Minutes To Fitness owner and founder, “discovered” the slow cadence training approach offered in their studio when she read about the unique training regimen in Newsweek back in 2001. A registered nurse with a bachelor’s degree from Drake University, Laura appreciated the science behind slow cadence and, with her husband and son, opened 20 Minutes to Fitness and, later, 20 Minutes to Par.

Casey

Casey Breslin, P.T.

Casey is the General Manager of 20 Minutes to Fitness and has served as our staff physical therapist and fitness coach since 2003. She received a Master’s in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor’s in Health Science from the University of Missouri at Columbia. Casey also holds a personal training certification from the International Sports Science Association.

Jaime

Jaime Boswell, P.T.

Jamie is a physical therapist and personal fitness coach in our Chesterfield studio. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Science and a master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Maryville University. She joined our staff in 2005.

Chelsea

Chelsea Merrell

Chelsea has been a personal fitness coach here since 2004. She today works from both our Chesterfield and Clayton locations. She has a bachelor’s degree from St. Louis University.

Debbie

Debbie Kalman

Debbie is the assistant manager at the Clayton studio as well as the senior personal fitness coach. She has been a personal fitness coach in our Clayton studio since 2005. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia.

Amanda

Amanda Gruenloh

Amanda Gruenloh has been a personal fitness coach since 2008. She works out of our Chesterfield location and has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from University of Missouri – St. Louis.

Lizz

Lizz James

Lizz is a graduate of Webster University and has worked for 20 Minutes to Fitness since 2007. She holds a personal training certification with the International Sports Sciences Association and two nutrition certifications with The American Academy of Sports Dietitians Nutritionists. Lizz is the manager of our Clayton location and our nutrition manager.

Megan

Megan Hayden

Megan has been a fitness coach since 2008 at our Clayton location. She has a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. Megan received her Personal Fitness Trainer certification through the Aerobic Fitness Association of America.

Matt

Matt James

Matt has been a personal fitness coach with our Clayton studio since 2010. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Webster University and has a long background in competitive cycling.

Cathy

Cathy White

Cathy began training at 20 Minutes to Fitness as one of our first clients in 2001 and then went on to become a personal fitness coach. She joined our staff in Chesterfield in 2010.

Rick

Rick Viehland

Rick has been a personal trainer since 1992 and later became a Medical Exercise Specialist. He has been with 20 Minutes to Fitness since 2010.

Patrick Abaricia

Patrick has been a personal fitness coach since 2010 at our Chesterfield location. He received his bachelor’s degree from University of Missouri in Columbia.

Dana

Dana Greco

Dana Greco is a certified personal fitness trainer and has been sharing her passion for a healthy lifestyle with others for over 20 years. She joined our Clayton staff in 2010.
